following may be processed, in particular:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>identification and contact data;<\/li>\n<li>tax, banking and billing data;<\/li>\n<li>data relating to personal, family or professional judicial, administrative or out-of-court proceedings;<\/li>\n<li>data relating to third parties involved in the matter;<\/li>\n<li>other information necessary for the proper provision of legal that those providers offer adequate data protection guarantees.<\/p>\n<h2>Professional secrecy and confidentiality<\/h2>\n<p>The firm's principal lawyer and the other lawyers collaborating with the firm are bound by the duty of professional secrecy in respect of facts and information of which they become aware in the exercise of their duties or by reason of the provision of their services.<\/p>\n<p>Information entrusted to the firm is treated as confidential and is accessible only to the professionals whose involvement is necessary to handle the relevant matter, without confidentiality obligations applicable to the practice of law are independent of, and additional to, the obligations arising from personal data protection legislation.<\/p>\n<h2>How long do we retain
